The hotel lacks honesty when it comes to taking responsibility for lost items, as evidenced by a guest's negative experience with a lost phone.

B&B conveniently located near Venice with bus stop and train station nearby. Helpful owner provided useful information about ticket purchase and transportation. Room temperature and hot water were satisfactory. Breakfast included cake, croissant, jams, honey, fruits, and yogurt. Close proximity to supermarket and ability to store luggage after check-out.
